The ideal candidate should possess some experience working directly with seniors in a personal care capacity, showing a keen understanding of their unique needs. A valid driver’s license is a must, along with the ability to present proof of a safe driving record. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can engage with our residents in a kind, friendly, and respectful manner. Polite demeanor is essential as you interact with our seniors and their families.
