Marketing Specialist

Flomatic Valves seeks a data-driven marketer with 5+ years' experience, preferably in B2B and manufacturing. You'll develop & execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, industry publications), collaborating with internal teams & agencies. Analyze results, optimize for ROI, and manage a CRM (HubSpot preferred). Strong technical skills & experience with Adobe CC, Google Analytics, PPC, & social media advertising a plus. You'll champion our company culture and craft employer branding messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute data-driven marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Analyze & optimize campaigns for maximum impact & ROI.
  • Manage lead capture, tracking, distribution & qualification (CRM experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with sales & internal teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Champion company culture & develop employer branding messaging.


  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing & advertising experience.
  • Strong technical skills & experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, PPC, social media advertising).
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
